About GenioCT

Independent Azure platform architecture, founded and led by Jeremy Genicot.

GenioCT is an independent Azure platform consultancy in Brussels, founded and led by Jeremy Genicot. We design, build and operate Azure platforms for organisations that have to defend how they run them.

I have spent twenty years in infrastructure, from enterprise networking and data centres to cloud-native platforms and AI. That span is why the architecture work holds up. A platform is only as good as the network, the identity model and the operations underneath it.

Looking for the work? The Azure assessments have a fixed scope and are sold on the documents they produce.

Looking for the product that came out of that work? Cloudivence is the governance platform GenioCT built, now on its own site.

Built, published, delivered

Built

GenioCT does not only advise on Azure governance. We built the software. Cloudivence reconciles the CSP invoice against Azure cost data, allocates cost to owners with its history, and produces CyberFundamentals 2023 and NIS2 Article 21 evidence. It runs in assisted pilots today.

Published

More than sixty technical articles on Azure networking, security, identity and cost, written out of delivery work and corrected when Microsoft changes the product. The reasoning behind a recommendation is public before you hire anyone.

Delivered

Azure platforms for regulated and platform-heavy organisations, as a Microsoft Solutions Partner and CSP. That includes Partner Earned Credit setup and structured audits that surface the cost, security and governance gaps.

Microsoft Partnership

GenioCT is recognized as a Microsoft AI Cloud Partner, reflecting our commitment to delivering high-quality Azure solutions and our investment in Microsoft technologies and methodologies.

Solutions Partner Designation

Our Solutions Partner designation means Microsoft has validated our technical capability, customer success track record, and delivery expertise. For customers, this translates to access to Microsoft-tested delivery patterns, early access to new Azure features through partner preview programs, and a partner whose skills are independently verified.

CSP Partner & Azure Audits

As a CSP (Cloud Solution Provider) partner, we are eligible for Microsoft's Partner Earned Credit program. We help customers assess whether their current partner setup is configured correctly for PEC, and identify cost, security, and governance gaps through structured Azure platform audits.

Solution Areas

Our Microsoft expertise spans infrastructure (Azure landing zones, networking, identity), security (Defender for Cloud, Sentinel, WAF), modern work (Microsoft 365, Copilot advisory), and data & AI (Azure OpenAI, AI Search, RAG architectures).

Our Approach

Pragmatic cloud architecture means four things in practice. Not every problem needs the most complex solution, and no organisation needs every new service that appears in the Azure portal.

1

Understand the business context before drawing architecture diagrams.

2

Build for the team that will operate it, not for deployment day.

3

Enable teams through platform engineering and self-service.

4

Document the decisions, so the reasoning survives the project.
